Returns

Online orders may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery and are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

In-store purchases may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Sign in to your customer account.
2. Select the order you wish to return or exchange.
3. Submit your request.
4. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Requests are reviewed within one business day. Weekend and holiday submissions will be reviewed on the next business day.

A $15 processing fee will be deducted from approved refunds and exchanges.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags, packaging, dust bags, boxes, and accompanying materials.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been received and approved.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

LOVE BINETTI does not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery.
