“For Sanctuaire Marin, I wanted to translate the scent of a Mediterranean landscape bathed in light, between resinous pines and salty sea spray. I built the fragrance around a central iodized accord, structured with pine and seaweed absolute to recreate the mineral vibration of the shoreline. Cistus and patchouli then anchor the composition in an amber depth, almost stony, like the lingering warmth of rock at sunset.” Suzy Le Helley
